Absolutely amazing stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the hotel grounds were very spacious and well-maintained. the pool was a perfect place to cool down and relax. the location was ideal with great access to the nearby attractions. the food was delicious and locally sourced, giving a genuine cultural experience.
the only minor issue was intermittent Wi-Fi in our room, but it was a perfect excuse to disconnect and enjoy the natural surroundings.

I found everything to my satisfaction. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The humble reception staff made my check-in process smooth. Although not located close to the happening places, this city's transport system made it easy to get around. Breakfast had a decent spread and just what I needed to start my day right.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

This hotel provides a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable rooms with terrace, overlooking a garden with a swimming pool and a jungle nearby. the staff is very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is free and delicious. the hotel also offers eco-friendly activities such as jungle walks led by knowledgeable guides. the hotel is close to the town center and shops, while also being a peaceful getaway.
While the hotel staff is friendly, getting an extra towel or requesting when to clean your room can be confusing and requires asking multiple times.

Great service and yummy food! The hotel's staff are incredibly attentive and always available to help. They even organized a conference meeting for our team on-site with delicious catering. The pool and beautiful garden was an added bonus! The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and within walking distance to local restaurants and shops, making it a perfect option for a business trip.
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, and there was a bit of noise from the nearby road, but those were minor inconveniences compared to the overall great experience I had at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a comfortable and enjoyable stay during a business trip.
